It does print out exactly what it looks like in the preview window when setting print settings but changes from what you originally had been working on. I would have given it 5 stars if when you made the collage and then went to print it, the image would be WYSIWYG. I came across this little gem that took me about 4 minutes to put together my first collage with it, including text, custom background, and about 7 pictures all different sizes, etc and printed it out.
